The Trimming Shaver shown is BATTERY OPERATED ONLY.
The coupon is for an ELECTRIC shaver--one that plugs in and uses electricity.The Norelco item for $12.97 does not qualify.

Electric does not mean powered by electricity when distinguishing between razors. It means that the blade is powered by electricity whether it being by battery or plugged into an outlet. |

Rose is incorrect. Legally and technically, any manufactured product in the U.S. that is marketed as electric must be UL Certified (12V). Battery powered devices are not electric and are subject to different ANSI standards.

Anonymous, and "Engineer", we obviously have a difference of opinion. In all my years of couponing, the manufacturers have always labeled their coupons with either manual (a razor that you would use with shaving cream), or electric (a razor in which its blades are powered by either plugging into a wall, or by battery). I invite you to explore other deal blogs instead of continuing this pointless conversation on Rose Knows Coupons. Not only is this coupon no longer available but the item is no longer at this price. Please take note of the date of the original post. If you are seeking out deal blogs that posted this specific deal to make this argument, I'm sure you have (or will ) find many. |
